He was always made time for me when I needed it, talked me clearly through the process, took a lot of the stress off my shoulders and was a calming and reassuring figure throughout. (This is why I have given him 5 stars for negotiation even though I have not been at the table to see him in action negotiating with other parties). The sales process was quite long but he stuck to his guns and in the end achieved and delivered the desired outcome. You can tell that he is an expert in his field and in his geographical area.
