I have engaged David Diamantopoulos of Devine Real Estate to sell 2 properties of mine in Dulwich Hill, a 1 bedroom unit recently & a 2 bedroom house approximately 10 years ago. Both sales had good if not excellent results, thanks to the work of David. I like the fact that David has a great local knowledge of the Dulwich Hill area with their office in Marrickville, which was important to me. They have a lot of business in the area and this is good to secure those buyers that come from within their client base. I was generally happy with David's service & he had great assistance with his wife Poppy and they both worked hard to appease me & their other clients. I did have a communication breakdown regarding the inspection times as with my recent sale I didn't realise that David was doing midweek inspections on request & not on a set time during the week.
